New rear section offers wider muffler selection and improved mounting bracket, while retaining rear axle access and improved center & side stand retraction. The sound with Dunstall Wide O is quieter and deeper, but still with a little bite. Visually, I think it has better balance and flow, and is more consistent with the XS's classic lines. Performance continues to improve.
